In this guide to the remaining U.S. and international tributes to Tiki, Teitelbaum unearths the source of the Tiki craze and preserves pop culture history by listing and rating the diaspora of Tiki bars, restaurants and sites, providing a glossary of Tiki terms and a list of classic drink recipes.
